This marks the successful implementation of a major project that integrates innovation, environmental protection, and cooperation, and also heralds the arrival of the future era of green energy.

As a leading enterprise in the domestic green hydrogen energy field, Hanhydrogen Technology has independently developed the core technology of this project throughout the entire process. After multiple experiments and data verification, the stable operation of the system has been successfully achieved in the infinite frame square alkaline electrolysis cell. This project has been highly recognized by industry experts and has taken a solid step towards the development of clean energy in China.
This project adopts Han Hydrogen Technology's independently developed and independently owned alkaline electrolytic cell with no electrode frame technology. It subverts the traditional electrode frame structure and makes the electrode plates square, greatly reducing the amount of raw materials and the volume of the electrolytic cell. The final footprint is only one-third of that of traditional electrolytic cells with the same production capacity, solving the problems of heavy weight, wide footprint, and difficult transportation of traditional electrolytic cells.

After passing through the hydrogen purification system provided by Han Hydrogen, the purity of exported hydrogen reaches 99.9999%, and the oxygen concentration in hydrogen is less than 0.8PPm, both of which reach the industry leading level.

Green energy is of great significance for achieving China's dual carbon goals. Therefore, during the planning phase, the project closely cooperated with local photovoltaic power generation bases to achieve zero carbon emissions in the alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production process. Through reasonable planning and design, the project closely integrates alkaline electrolysis water hydrogen production technology with photovoltaic power generation technology, achieving efficient energy conversion and opening up a new path for the popularization and application of green energy.

In terms of coupling renewable energy generation, unlike traditional alkaline electrolysis cells that take several hours to start up, the Han Hydrogen Unlimited Frame Electrolysis Cell takes a very short cold start time. After five minutes of power on, the temperature rises from room temperature to 50 ℃, and the hydrogen production reaches 170Nm ³/ H; Rising from room temperature to 83 ℃ in just 15 minutes, the hydrogen production reaches 240Nm ³/ h. Exceeding the rated production capacity by 200Nm ³/ 20% of h can fully adapt to renewable energy sources such as wind and light with volatility.
